I guess I'm the newest on the list to purchase one of these turds. Mine is # 28623A.
I purchased this stroke clearanced and bored case directly from Scat, spending my hard earned retirement money on junk? Well see, I'll do the test.
UPDATE (later this morning) I did the water/compressed air test....it passed! |

Glad to here yours is a good one. Can you tell me when you purchased yours though ? I'm wondering if someone is purchasing one of these (in the autumn of 2025) mag. cases do they have to worry about getting one of the bad ones ? more or less like a coin toss? |

It's been a few months ago when I purchased it directly from Scat. With knowing this now I would have asked Tommy at Scat if he indeeds checks them or does the repair before they go out. He did do the bore/stroke and full flow for me too so he had his hands on it. |
