Anyone know anything about this awning? Apparently it was found in a bus in the original bag with a Westfalia tag on it. I've never seen one before.

looks cool... my Westy came with the tent, which I sold coz I'd never use it, but that awning would probably come in handy and be realy easy to set up _________________ 66 Bug

Good links Dead 1 but those seem to be new modern awnings. This one would have been an original to the bus from the Westfalia factory. Looks to be made out of the same heavy canvas material that the Westy tents were. I've never heard of or seen one so was wondering if anyone had specific details on it. It may be another one to add to the rarest of the rare list. _________________ Jasan C.

I think your right. It would be sweet to have a awning in addition to my westy tent. Some times one is just looking for that little bit of shade instead of the whole tent set up. _________________ "I reject your reality and replace it with my own"

Im not sure if it's a 'Westfalia' awning...but the owner has the original box and reciept from the date of purchase (same as the Bus purchase date).
