hp from 2332cc

i have a 2332cc engine with 042 cb heads 110 engle cam dual 44 webers full flow and im not sure of the comp. what kind of hp can i boast about having to all my "cool" import friends? i called quality german auto the people who built the engine the guy was an a-hole and said between 70-120 i kinda laughed and hung up ne real estimates. i live in Pa no dynos around here.

It is more then likely you have less hp then a lot of the honda's, BUT what you have is efficency on your side. tell them you have 100 hp, and then go blow them away. then they will scratch there heads and wonder how a 100 hp vw just beat their 250 million hp honda.

I'd probably guess around 110-120ish HP. Maybe a little more.

Here is a simple equation to help you waste some time getting an HP guesstimate.
Divide your displacement by the static CR.
Multiply that by deckheight(in MM).
Add this to the square root of your piston-ring gap times the sparkplug gap. Subtract the runnout measured from your flywheel(in MM). And there you have it;)

a 2332 should be getting close to 170hp up

with a 110 cam(not a good choice if you want serious power), small carbs, and not knowing what you heads are like ie. valve sizes, port and polish, and flow numbers and you compression ratio it is impossible to say but i will bet you are around 120 to 140 hp.
