Yes, I do have the flaps and thermo and they are operational. My head temp differences are all the time from idle to freeway speed and everything in between. When I decelerate (take foot off gas) down a hill at freeway speeds, the temps actually even up (with a few seconds) to where all four cylinders are within about 10 or 15 degrees of each other. I know that the heads and everything else will probably warp. I don't what else to do at this point other than drive it until??? Shocked
