Thought this might interest some of you ebayers. I sent an email to contact the seller, through ebay inquiring about the location of the quad. Ebay is onto it and has deleted the add. But here is their reply.

Hello,
"My name is Colby Kenton and I am from London , United Kingdom. This has no negative effect on you because shipment is included in the buy it now price and will cost you nothing more , and the quad will be shipped from USA.
I paid good money on it but I am willing to sell`it at this price because i can't import`it here in London because it is an US model (which complies with the US emission ) and Europe regulations are different from these ones. I just moved in London where I got a new job transfer.
Shipping will be done with DAS Auto Shippers Insured and will take 5 days to reach your address. I will pay all shipping and delivery costs (they are included in the buy it now price).
Because of the large amount involved in this deal I will accept that the founds to be managed through eBay system and only after you will receive the atv and test`it I will receive the payment.
I hope that you are OK to make the deal by eBay since this way is the only way that I can move forward.Buy now price for my atv is 2,350.00 USD .
If you agree with these terms, please email me your full name , address and eBay id so I can send all the info to eBay , and after that you will receive from eBay all the info you need about payment and shipping.
Thanks a lot for understanding and have a nice day."
Sounds pretty good, until the last paragraph
