Well I made my own. Used the drawing from Glenn as a starting point. Made a cardboard pattern, fit one side perfectly. Had to stretch the second one. Making the cardboard patterns simplified the process. Copied them onto thin galvanized sheetmetal I had laying around. Bent up easy enough. Fits like it was meant to be there.
