Ok so i have like this clear plastic film on my windows and its irritating the crap out of me! Is this stock or not? I really want to take this crap off!!

No, definitely not stock. Probably the remains of some very old window tint. It's gonna be a real PITA to remove, start scrapin.

Spray bottle of soapy water, straight razor blade holder. Spray it, a little soakage time may ease removal, scrape that crap off.

And use a new blade(s). A brand new blade will not scratch the glass. When the blade gets damaged you run the risk of a scratch.

I think that it might be for the UVA and UVB sun damage factor. I looked into a very light tint to save the interior from sun damage. Just a guess.
