Hello,

Here is the manufacturer site of your crank http://www.lepe.com.br/.

Lepe is an Brazilian manufacturer and produces cranks of various sizes 69 to 78.4.

I believe thar all cranks from they "cast" non forged.

They also made an 82mm stroke back in the 80's and 90's.
