I'm going to rewire my bus, and I'm wondering if anyone can come up with a good reason why I shouldn't delete the analysis system wiring?

No reason at all, it's a handy source for extra wires to the front for gauges, etc.., but if you are rewiring completely there's no reason to keep it.

reason number 1, you have a VW analysis machine in your garage and you've always wanted to know how to use it.

We had touble in 1976 getting VW to test our 1971 bus on it. At that time the dust on their machines was inches thick. I think most of those testers are in landfills now.

I now have confirmation.

I would like to have one of those machines though.

Try digging up your local landfill. Cool
