No, It's not street legal. The engine...uh, I don't know, 500,000? I don't really know. I was joking. It has not been rebuilt recently so I have no idea. Come check it out and make me an offer.

Well after a 12 year break........there is another VW offroader back in comission. Partially due to gas prices, but I had my 74 bug for about a year before gas went up, it was just under construction. I didnt realize how much I missed having a baja. Very Happy

I want to one day build a 4wd sandrail using a sychro chassis. I would have to find a rusted out or crashed one with good running gear. I am building my own sandrail from scratch. I made a bender and got some scrap tube and started bending. I drove it around the yard 2 weeks ago with no brakes. I can't wait to get it out and going full blast.-Jeremy
