bljones.. The corvairs 1st production year was 60. The type 3's was 61. When you think about development time ect., that doesnÆt give much time to copy huh? The 1st prototype type 3 ( wow, prototype type 3 could be combined into a new word, prototype3 ) was produced in 1959 a year before the corvair came out (I don't know when the corvairs 1st prototype was made.). Conceding? This discussion I am engaged in with ROY is about him being a dildo who is stupid enough to take the bait I left on your precious bus forum. There isn't anything to concede. The type 3 is simply cooler. The styling is less awkward, the suspension is quite superior, and the scene is generally made up of younger more stylish individuals than the bus scene (which is mostly a bunch of potheads who love phish).
Chris..... Why should you care? because you are a mere mortal, and though you do not understand my ways you would be wise to stay abreast of my happenings. As for fat chicks, I love 'em. not proud of it, but hey, I can't lie. And yeah, I do have a pretty nice car, do you?

-jdogg why should I care? you are right I do not really care, the truth is I love talking about vws and you dudes are the only dudes that are there to talk to, and to tell you the truth I belived your false claims of actually getting some puss, now we know it is not true, we now know that you get no puss at all! We also know that you have never gotton laid in a type2, which is a perfect place to get laid! I am not trying to start any problems with you jdogg instead I am going to back you up on the type3 corvair issue. the corvair was a sorry attempt by GM to compete with vw in the compact car market, it was a direct attempt to try to copy the aircooled horzontally opposed rear engine platform, and those extra 2 cylinders did nothing more than weight that p.o.s. down more, I know a guy with a turbo charged corvair powered sandrail, it also has the corvair transaxle and rear suspention, he can not understand why I can blow by him on the dunes in my 1600cc vw powered sandrail, there are hundreds of reasons why a vw is better than a corvair I proved it to this guy, he is now trying to sell his corvair rail to get a better vw rail so he can attempt to keep up with me on the sand. |

Also jdogg, I love all vws, but to say that type3 suspention is superior to type2 suspention is a ignorant statement, first and foremost I am a offroad vw man, and any offroader will tell you that the IRS type2 transaxle is a superior unit to any other, and I know guys at the dunes that use the entire type2 torsion housing because it is unbreakable straight out of the bus! even a swing axle trans with the type2 reduction boxes on it can be proven to be superior when applyed to a offroad platform, I drive vws on the road because I push them to there limits off the road, and to answer your last question jdogg I have several on and offroad vws, Have a nice day! |

Personally I'm glad Jdogg doesn't like buses.
The bus community doesn't need people like him around. |
