Anybody know the color code for the off-white (?) roof of a two tone ghia coupe with a L384 pampas green body? Tried finding it in the archives but no luck. Cheers all

There is a Samba post or "sticky" about original interiors with a great reference table, though in German. Sorry I can't get to the link but if you search on "original interiors" it'll come up. That chart does not list pampas green for a '60, but it does show L346 mango green body. Its roof color would be L347 sea gull grey.

L384 Pampas green was used Aug 1960 - Jul 1962 (Chassisnummer 3.192.507 tot 4.846.835)

Roof color could be L480 Porzellangrun

Interesting question. If you look deeply into it, the roof colour is not mentioned on any literature. I have checked my colour charts and my 1960 parts manual. The roof colour for a Mango car is clearly stated as Seagull Grey, however Mango changed after one year to Pampas Green. Patrick has posted a picture of the 1960/61 colour chart above, it shows the roof colour, but does not give it a code or a name.

I have several pieces of literature with Pampus green listed, and they all say the roof is L480 Porcelain Green.

IN2VWS, can you post a pic of seagull gray? Is there a green pale green tint to it?

Still wondering what color my sept 59 ghia vert might be.
