I'm ditching the notch project, and will soon start looking for a '71 Westy in good to excellent condition to give the Pooh touch to - nice paint and interior, dvd/stereo system discreetly installed, mildly lowered, and polished fuchs. I've got a few sweet type 3 accessories/parts that I'll be unloading, likely on ebay, unless someone wants to talk me out of them first. I'll still peruse the type 3 forum to say "hey" and help people out. My '63 was just requiring more time than I could devote to it, and I don't want to wait 2-3 years to have an air-cooled driver. With the camper, I can pimp it about town, or take it on the road with my wife and son. Peace.
