My name is Patrick Van de Kerkhof of Belgium.
I am the proud owner of a 21 samba delivered in Woodstock ’64 by Fairway Motors Route 6 North Windham.
The first owner was Walter F Siegmund living at that time in Rfd 2 Woodstock.
He sold the car in 1994 to his nephew Kurt Siegmund , Orange California, and he sold it in 2002 to Clure Susan in Phoenix AZ.
In 2005 we both the car and is now in Belgium (Europe).
I have al the history papers but trying to contact the previous owners of the car.
We wroth a letter to them but they cam back undelivered.
Now I wonder if somehow its possible that somebody had some information, pictures or other info about the bus.
I am also in surge of a dealer emblem of the VW Fairway dealer.
Thanks for the effort, and sorry for my bath English,
Patrick Van de Kerkhof
Belgium (Europe)

the wiper on the passenger side does not work. I should look again. bud the only place to get your hands in between is not as enjoyable. |

This is Woodstock Connecticut yes ? When you say "Woodstock" 2/3 of the people on here think of Woodstock N.Y.
I'd bet the 1st owner may have past on, you may have better luck finding the nephew in Orange ca. or the person in Phoenix- are you sure on your translation of the name Clure Susan is right ??
Good luck in your hunt, last summer I was in a hunt & I was happy to find my family name on a building in Mechelen Belgium........

It is Woodstock, CT.
The name Mc Clure Susan.
If you would like more information about your family name or something would still want to help.
I live 15 miles from the city of Mechelen. |

Not sure why I have not seen this......
Fairway Motors was in the town next to us. The last guy to close the door I know and I will ask him if he knows of your Bus ( long shot but...) I will also keep an eye out for Fairway stuff. |

| Oh and the RFD 2 stands for Rural Free Delivery 2 or the second route. Our town only had one. Back then the mailman knew everyone. So that does not really help find the house. |

Patrick,
Do you have pictures of the interior?
I live in Phoenix....there were not that many...still are not that many buses in the area. I maybe to help identify.
Regards,
Douglas
