Match the OD of tubing to your radiator inlet/outlet OD's... could probably use 0.065" to 0.083" wall w/o issues... you won't see but ~15psi of pressure in cooling system, but wall thickness is more important for crush/abrasion resistance versus internal pressures.

The temp sensor on the engine also feeds back to the fuel system to give it more fuel when it is cold. Is outfront putting cold start programs into the Stinger yet? We had a local guy do it. Tom

I'm sure you know this Tom, but just to clear it up for general consumption... the temp sensor feeds directly into the Stinger and the Stinger controls the A/F ratio based on programmable settings.

As best I can tell, my Stinger does not have an output for temp, you'll want to run a separate temp sender for your gauge. It does have a tach output though.

| It does be a white wire that says its to run to water temp gage. I'm just looking for a confirmation that tho wire gets some kind of feedback from the sensor. |

That's odd.. On mine the solid white wire is for an injector.. Pin 11. Yours must be a newer version.
edit: Ahh, I think I see.. you're talking about the outfront wiring harness?

| I knewt was going to be a problem but I was hoping that I could use a piece of square tube to lift the tank a little. The problem is that it is slightly more than a little. I will be headed to an old timers shop this weekend to modify the tank. Really want to get that fuel tank done and in place. |

| Yeah. E guy that is going to help me clearance the tank did it already. It was at his house for about 2 months. He went on vacation and forgot he had it. |

Got the cage back from the powder coater. Amazed at the quality that powder coating produces. Mirror like shine. Really happy and at only $100 I think I got a great deal.

Will cover in vinyl and add a top piece covered in carbon fiber

| I had to further modify the gas tank because it was hitting one of the steering u joints. This time I welded it myself and had a couple of areas that I popped through. I am planning on cover the outside with some jb weld or seal all and I have some red kote tank liner in transit. Once I get everything in place there I will be able to gas it up and turn her over. I'm excited for that day and I will definately be putting up a video of it running. I hope it isn't to loud with the silencers cause I love the look. |

What type of tires do have and the sizes of them. It looks like 205- -17 front ? ans back. Buggy is looking great.

| Not sure of the tires sizes off the top of my head. 18" wheel in back. Just put some 2" wheel spacers on back. Very happy with the look of them. Can wait too see your spoiler come together hotair. |
