the bus shifter does look pretty cool tho

There are several styles of SperWolf locks. The earlier style is known as the "toilet bowl". This style is typically found on Pre '55 cars

Then you have the 1956-67 style. This type is available in 2 configurations, with or without an ignition switch built into the lock mechanism.

The later style (without the ignition switch option) is being reproduced and can be found for under $75. Originals usually always have the VW emblem cast into the neck.

So I finally got a bus shifter with the quick shift kit. Difference between night and day on shifting, its comfortable as hell.

Only thing, reverse seems to hit the steering wheel. Any one else share this issue?
