|
|
Hi all,
I know that Gerson does reproduction front arches but does anyone know if someone does any repoduction rears?
I know you can buy the 'light recess' panel and graft them into later acrhes.
Any help would be grateful.
Thanks |

Are you planning making the entire rear wings/fenders/guards in the end Mika?
Cheers,

Mika,
You should use that same pattern and make the lip on the quarter panels that have the welded nuts on the back to repair where the fenders bolt up against the quarter panels front and rear? The felt made split beetles rust there from moisture trapped in there. Just flat steel in the arch, with holes with the welded 8mm nuts? I need some of them?? Tim |

Received the rear fender flanges and they look great. Hope to have a chance and repair my rear fenders this weekend. It's been a long road fixing the 51 but I am hoping to shoot some paint on this thing by the summer. Thanks again |

don't know if this is the approved method but should come out ok, finish welding and smooth out the welds. it took some fanagling and time but i'll be saving my rear fenders. the last pic also has my 63 bus i got from the original owner
