For the front door seals I got Ronnie's kit and it is awesome. He basically combines the ones he likes best from the different suppliers. The windshields and seals are isp west and are pretty good. Hopefully pretty soon down the road I can put safaris in. _________________ "Dammit, every time we have a sweet idea the government has to come and screw it up"-Kyle Broflowski

Haven't been on in awhile, had a medical emergency with my youngest and took us out for awhile.
Have been able to get some stuff done over the last week though.
The nose is looking really good!
Got the steering wheel and a few other odds and ends in there.
Got the kick panels cleaned up and put in, really makes a huge difference in the int appearance.
Some new axle boots.
Also got these in, the front cab area is looking good. Also got the tranny drained and filled with fresh fluid, replaced the rear tranny mounts, ordered a auto bug starter for it, replaced the rear soft brake lines. Waiting on a 46mm impact socket to come in so I can tackle the rear brakes. Still need to bench bleed the new master cylinder I put in. Work, work, work I love it though. _________________ "Dammit, every time we have a sweet idea the government has to come and screw it up"-Kyle Broflowski

the axle boots should be rotated with the seam horizontal, this allows for easier up and down movement of the axle tube. _________________ regards

Getting a couple of things done, it looks like 2 different busses now.
I still need to tweak the front nose trim a bit.
Got started pulling the engine apart and getting good tin on it instead of the cheap crap.
Of coarse I ran out of paint part way through.
Gotta get some paint and find a breast plate and firewall tin and other odds and end. _________________ "Dammit, every time we have a sweet idea the government has to come and screw it up"-Kyle Broflowski

Wow, it has been awhile since I have updated this thread.
Quite a bit done, got the engine together and in.
I also found an interesting thing under the drivers seat cover, og upholstery! Well some of it .
I have fired her up I just need to figure out a way to upload a video. Still got to work on the brakes, Ive spent basically 2 days trying to bleed them to no avail. What a pain in the ass. _________________ "Dammit, every time we have a sweet idea the government has to come and screw it up"-Kyle Broflowski

Wow, it has been too long. I took a bit of time off from the bus over the deepest part of the winter and the lack of funds, but I'm back on it.
Got the rear corners buffed a bit and put some TR-3 on there.
Working on the roof now but I ran out of buffing compound, so now I need to get my cargo area cleaned out and put my bay middle seat in there to cart the whole family around. Hopefully tires soon and a lot more updates.
Here is the video of the first start up I should of put up months ago.

I haven't posted too many updates as I haven't had much to post. I have finally got tires under it.
Getting the wheels painted.
Finally got my tires, General Grabber AT-2 27x8.5x14.
I need to get some better pics. _________________ "Dammit, every time we have a sweet idea the government has to come and screw it up"-Kyle Broflowski
