P45t headlight base to p43/H4 adapter

Hi all

I have older euro headlight buckets with p45t base bulbs. Am looking to find a adapter for p45t to H4/p43 base. Want to add LED H4 headlights.
Was curious to see if anyone knows where I can buy these adapter in the USA. Every where I look it seems like they are sold over seas.
Any help would be appreciated.

You can modify some old p45t bulbs using the base. If you have old burned ones it's for free. This is how I did it

Look for "flat" bases like the one to the right

you have to shorten the "wings" of the H4 some to get the holder to fit

Thanks for the helpful photos. Not sure why I didn't think of that. I'll try it out. Not sure if mine have the flat bases though. Will check.

That first adapter looks like it was printed on a 3D printer. If you can find the drawing file you could have someone print it locally. There are also online print houses that will print your part.
