Alright cool guys, do you care if it has the silver stripe or not? I'm probably gonna have to make just the dogleg part and test it on a bus because that's the hardest part right now because the pictures don't show the curvature a bus has even if it is small. Heres an overall shot of how it should look.

stock looking is what I am exited about.
There was a NOS set around about a year ago for like 100ish, but there was no way it was going to still stick, and it had been folded up for like 40 years. |

Alright, I'll be making a small test dogleg this weekend to see how the two colors go. I'm gonna have to find a door to see how the decals look on it before I start making full sets. _________________ '67 Beetle L41

And here is the first test stuck to my laptop, don’t mind the cut edge on the bottom it wouldn’t fit without me doing that. Colors are just what I had on hand. Let me know what you think.

Hey can someone with original stripes take a picture of the side of their bus, I'm not really liking how it looks after messing with it more to make it look better. It's too bad the brochure has the stripes stretched in the picture. _________________ '67 Beetle L41

IN addition to making these for busses, go ahead and do a run of small ones like this. Id totally slap that onto my laptop. =) |

I have trying to come up with some background info on these stripe jobs. I think they were done by a body shop on the west coast but I have found a couple in Europe . Anyone have any ideas ? mine is the blue one with the early style pop up
