I'm not the one to make the call here, however Gunnison County just extended their lockdown until end of May ( and have indicated a willingness to extend that through summer). The ski towns got hit hard with this situation. Who knows what will be open during the summer, planning will be tough.

Considering that it's a self-supportive event, I don't see why you guys shouldn't plan. It's not like they closed down all the roads in Colorado. Fist bumps instead of hugs and you should be good to go.
