| I used to have( still do somewhere) a 12 volt oil transfer gearotor oil pump for outboard yamaha engines to transfer the oil from the big tank to the engine mounted small tank.I was going to use it for either a prelube pump befor start up instead of a accusump or for a trans oil pump like you are doing. I almost did my vw trans for it but couldn't find it among all my "stuff", I thought about making a scoop to catch the throw off from the ring gear to send forward but didnt do that either.... after it was all done and installed I did a good amount of driving and 3 gear lube changes after a hour of playfull driving the trans was warm...just warm. it was a lot cooler than I thought. witch made me rethink some of the clearances I put in it as far as case growth end to end and the pinion thrust bearing I put in it, I probably put it in too tight due to the dam little heat the case was witch means the case wasent growing half as much as I thought it would. oh well it worked fine for 3 years till I sold the car and havent heard anything from the tickled shittless buyer. |

| Ok thanks for the information. Do you plan on putting a scoop around the cooler the scoop could double as protection. |

This sway bar is part of the Mendeola rear axle kit. Not sure it will fit original trailing arms? |
It looks like the Sway-away bar just mounted with different weld-on mounting brackets. I have one listed for sale. Does your sway bar has a number stamped on it? I can look at mine to check for the number. |

Based on some Porsche racing transmissions I have seen, I like the idea to return the cooled oil through jets directly onto the gears - at least some of the oil...
To make sure I have constant pressure and therefore even supply to all those points, I designed a distributor block with build-in pressure regulator. Anything past 10-14psi (adjustable with washers) will return directly into the case, through the oil filler hole.
And yes, it is a fuel injection rail profile

Very nice!
Is that just a spring loaded ball check valve inside?
