I sorta thought "yes we van" might be better. fiddle around with that website, upload your own pics of your van and try it out!

I might order a t-shirt and mug with the "yes we camp" on it.

X3 - I definitely will hop on the Vanagon~wagon and print that bad boy out and mount on my rear window collection...Next to my Obumma sticker.

Thanks for sharing and I do love that style of graphic art. I have a friend that has that National Park collection someone mentioned previously

Do you guys get "Bob the Builder" (animated puppet type childrens show from the UK)?

When Obama (congrats by the way Smile) came out with "Yes We Can" all us Brits were sniggerring quietly as he appears to have borrowed the chant from a cartoon legend (over here anyways)

A whole generation has been raised singing "Bob the Builder - Yes We Can" and now the US Pres sings it too.....one way to get the young vote I suppose.

I don't have TV so missed the media event but just finished reading the address in the NY Tmes and I almost teared up several times. Not one to come to judgment to quickly about political figures but he sure comes across as a real leader.

I'm sure if he could he'd trade in all those bullet proof Suburbans for a fleet of Vanagons Laughing

Are those Passat steelies on there?

The artist Shepard Fairey was interviewed today on NPR's Fresh Air. I heard about half of the interview. Pretty interesting.

I don't know who had this idea first. But help your country!
Make this a sticker and sell it for a couple of bucks here or else where!

It's brilliant!

240gordy,
We have six of these posters (Glacier, Zion, Yosemite, Smokies, Devil's Tower and Petrified Forest) framed and grouped in our living room . They were reissued by a guy who calls himself the "Ranger of the Lost Art," who got the images from the U.S. Archives. Nice work nicely reproduced and usually available at the National Parks as well as online.

Yes it's definitely harkening back to that older style of serigraphy. I always thought that was a nice stylistic touch on the Obama poster. The Vanagon "Yes We Camp" is just great, we had a nice chuckle over that!
