Here is the latest update of the day.
I have removed the rear heather tubes on the bus, and tried to not damage the OG parts as much as possible considering I will re-use these tubes as they just have surface rust.

1st action was to remove the heather tube under the length of the bus again as meticulously as possible so I can re-use OG part when ever possible.

Now that the restoration frame is built and I am able to go under bus I started to remove all of the cross members under and above the frame.
the goal being to remove them as carefully as possible so I can get access to all of the original details when installing new parts.

here is a quick update,
as I do not have enough space to build a rolling rotisserie I have decided to build additional legs raise the height of the bus bus almost 17 inches which gives me about 32 inches total to go undert the bus.

I used 2x2 square tube abd 1/4 metal plates.

I an currently working on modifying the Autocraft repro part for the outrigger and jack too look like the original.

On the rear outriggers I added to embossing at the bottom of the piece like original

This way I know the fit will be spot on repairing the OG part and I won't spend hundred of dollars to buy repro parts that will need an amount of rework in any cases.
