I love the EJ22.
Do you already have a top?

I'm also planning on installing a pop top onto my tintop Syncro. I'll be copying Rick, FNGRUVN.

Hello all, I know this subject has been discussed before but I am still looking for the info.
I have just parted out an old 82 Westy and would like to install the top on my Syncro tintop. When dismantling the Westy I noticed the top bunk kind of sits down on a shelf that I am assuming the Syncro does not have. Should I cut this shelf off and re weld it. I do not want to go the route of cutting the whole top off at the door pillars.
Any and all help would be appreciated. Also as soon as I can take some pictures and post the will be a complete Westy interior down to the screws and bolts ( I even cut out the nuts welded to the floor) for sale. It is located in Toledo Ohio.
Thanks for the help in advance.

Patrick
