Very cool indeed. Dont forget those XXX Trims Cool

I picked it up 2.5 years ago. It's mostly been in storage but I've been pulling it out here and there and tinkering with it. When the Notchback sells or gets moved to storage, I will bring the Squareback home and be able to do more. I love this thing and out of all of them, this one is my keeper.

Ask and you shall receive. This set of gravel guards is no longer NOS...on the car instead of the cabinet. Cool

Wow. To look back on this thread to see where it all came from back in 2004. Been a long time and lots of posts boys. Id love to see people just chime in with a Type 3 and any accessory, just to see who's still around.

One of the latest tings I put on the Type 341 Convertible is Marchal Period headlights. A set of driving lights popped up and I moded them to take H4's.

Then I scored big from Germany and Achim. Nabbed some real deal Coco Mats.

And then there was 3.
This one has a story.
I owned it 20+years ago and It fit in the glove box of a 66 Bug I had at the time. Too long ago to remember how well it fit. So I stashed it away with all the parts for that car. Sold the bug to a good friend along with the pile of NOS parts I acquired for it. Buddy no longer has the Bug but I saw the divider in his display case. Only today, noticing the cut corner and showed him these pics... Well, it's mine once again as of today.

Here's an early NOS Type 3 glove box divider. It's in good condition, just missing the chrome trim on the front of the legs. After many years of searching, I finally found one. Cool

Did it make a difference in handling and would it be worth installing on the front and rear?

So I got this rotted out sunroof Squareback for $225 and it’s loaded with some accessories. First it’s got bumper guards, not super rare though. Then it has some wood interior panels, was that an accessory as they look too nice to be home made, no pics of them though. Then it has H4 headlights that are trashed. Formula-vee shift knob. And then the big stuff, the camping hinges to make the back seat fold down flat Shocked I have been wanting a set of these and I didn’t even realize the car had them when I got it

Then I’m looking for some information on this. It looks to have a sway bar kit on it. Looks like it’s in pretty good shape. Anyone seen something like this? It’s front and rear. Front first pics

They ran a board across to hold up the transmission.
