i paid 399.00 plus tax and shipping so it came to 437.99 but that was in march 2020 right before covid hit. it is a dansk version. i am sure costs went up everywhere on it though the jbugs one is probably similar.

Exhaust/muffler system was blasted and painted with high temp paint and installed by the shop today.

Nice Thing! That's a sweet exhaust system. Can I ask where you got it?

yes it was luck. I stopped the minute it knocked and i lost power. The entire head was redone in and out. waiting to have the engine put back in it as it was running the best it ever had in the 6 years i have had it.

I have had this kind of luck since i started with VW's in 1989. If it is near impossible to happen then it will certainly happen to one of my VW's
