Is there a thread for bugs? I've got one with a Super Beetle and I searched that forum and the General forum, but got nothing. _________________ Prosit!

Saw this in a Fred Meyer a couple days ago. They have a 1970 Bay that they drive around as well.

Pretty cool sign I found in a bar in Plattsburgh NY.
They are available from their website, yes I got one! |
The older versions have the VW symbol on the bus.
I was at an event in our town with my Bay, and Two Roads was providing beverages; their guys ripped a tire sidewall getting the splitty promo bus off the trailer they haul it with, and only had a spare for the trailer.
Seeing the Bay, they asked if they could borrow the spare. They were a bit unhappy when I said no, and morose when I told them it wouldn't fit. They cheered right up when I told them I'd be back with a spare that fit, and I fetched the spare out of the '59 beetle.
I drank for free the rest if the day, and two days later a big box showed up with the spare inside packed with t shirts and a couple of signs. _________________ my59: Well son, my grandfather died before I got to drive it, so does that answer your question?

The Tillamook bus/plane at the Portland Oregon airport. I was surprised to see that it is steel. Fun place for the kids to play while waiting for their flight.

Coworker brought this back from Mexico this week. Have no context besides obvious holiday one… had chocolates in it, which was nice. Wife got chocolates, I got bag.

I'm not a 100% certain those are real or AI, but I bought this blanket/hoodie thing for my daughter a few years ago when she was in college. It was advertised on FB.

Is it made with patches of material sewn into the design or is it a printed fabric that was quilted? It's nice. _________________ Prosit!
