I recently bought some narrowed tie rods from Sam. Well, during the first shipment the long tie rod poked through the mailing bag and was lost in transit. Sam, quickly got another long rod made and shipped out quickly. I really appreciate a good seller, but what makes them a GREAT seller is how they handle problems. Sam is a GREAT samba member/vendor.

Purchased a 36hp motor from Sam today. He even met me while he was under the weather and help load it into my truck. Stand up guy, and I can’t wait to deliver my beetle to him for metal work. _________________ 60 Ragtop Beetle

I bought a beam from Sam that was described incorrectly in the ad, an honest mistake that he admitted to. He stayed in contact with me to facilitate a return and gave me a refund with return shipping without any trouble.
Definitely a stand up guy! |

Sam replaced the king pins on a pair of spindles for me and I am very happy with the results. They can now be turned with a little effort.
A local shop had just replaced them and told me the tightness would 'break in' after some miles. I had to use a cheater pipe to get the spindles to turn.
I should have just sent them to Sam initially. |

I recently had Sam modify a pair of ball joint drum spindles to raised disc brake spindles for a customer of mine. They arrived safe, well packed, and the work is excellent. Sam was easy to work with through email and I couldn't be happier.
