I'm looking at replacing my carpet and I'm thinking of Oatmeal to match the seats & knobs. However, I'm worried that oatmeal will be too light and actually show more dirt rather than hide it. So if those with Oatmeal carpet kits could post some pics and tell me their thoughts I would much appreciate it.... Wink

Installed two weeks ago. It's the TMI Oatmeal Kit. Still need to do the seats.

Hope this helps in your decision making.

Won't help a whole lot, but next to the creme it may help you to gauge the darkness of it.

This is a TMI kit-- Think the inserts will match the carpets better whenever they're installed and a little bit apart? It kind of bugs me that this is as close a match as is available! I've ALWAYS wanted this interior!

Perhaps that's one of the reasons why VW never offered "oatmeal" as a factory color option...

I am also thinking of oatmeal, but am afraid of it being too light for a daily driver. How has the TMI/Sewfine held-up? Love the looks of the oatmeal, just afraid it will not last long. Experience in rental has made me afraid to go light.

I've only had it for a couple weeks so I'm not sure of the wear. I am a little concerned about how clean I can keep it. But, It's not a daily driver, so I'm just going to try and be careful. Wink

Kind of a pain, but I just like the look of it so much I think it's worth it. Very Happy

MAdams - Your interior is nice! Very Happy What kind of mats are those?

Thanks, they are some from WW. My wife thought they would blend in with the carpet and parcial shelf. Were very happy with the end results.

I got the oatmeal set from TMI. I love the color but I think we will use some mats for every day use and take them out for those special times.
