Klipsch Cornwalls driven by an early 70's 150+ watt 60lb Pioneer receiver and a Nakamichi 7 disc cd. Monster reference cables and speaker wire.
I choose against tubes due to the temperature fluctuation function. With the speakers mounted as they are, the whole garage acts as a folded horn with the 16x11 foot door open. It's loud past half way.

I see your other garage entertainment system is alcohol - That is an impressive bucket of beercaps. Last weekend's? Wink

That has to be a few years worth, & I enjoy company. Wink

If I start driving now, I'll get there by tomorrow morning. I'll have to stop someplace to get some more beer, though.

And DaveM: that is one neat and clean looking garage..

This thing has been dropped a bunch of times but keeps on working. I pipe in Sirius over the receiver's FM transmitter.

The 8 track still works as does the 1972 Midland TV. That troll doll has brought me good luck with cars since 1997 when I put it in there. I watched the Lakers lose to Detroit in the NBA finals on that TV a few years ago.

My garage has a small Aiwa receiver, with Boston acoustics speakers, and a Fosgate 12" sub.
The good stuff is in the house. Twisted Evil

Dave M,

Are those Ronal Turbo's on your Scirocco?

I had a set on my first VW, a '76 Rabbit.
Got many a ticket in that car. Wink

This is the central room in my basement which is my garage. Speakers placed in all corners of the basement, sirius on a transmiter, 2-3 laser disks, reel-reel, 8 track player recorder, security moniters, mp3 hook up,cd, dvd, tape, turntable. Have mirrors set up to use the remote from multiple rooms. Trying to cover all forms of media, just need an old victrola and then I will be happy!!!!
