Windshield moulding

Rubber moulding at bottom of windshield(body to frame) is old and hard as a rock. Any ideas on where to locate new moulding. I know if you purchase a new frame it is included.

I actually used a piece of the body-to-chassis rubber for under the windshield. It worked out well and looks good too. I had extra from shortening the pan.
