I had a bad ball joint on my Bradley GT which has a Type 3 chassis. I decided to change all four. While changing out the ball joints, the left, top torsion arm ball joint was seized into the socket on the arm. All of the others, I had to just give it a tap with the hammer and they popped out. This one, I could not get it out. I tried cutting it out. I tried heat. I tried everything that I knew.

I finally found a set on eBay and just replaced it. Has anyone had a ball joint seize into the arm socket like this?

Nope, but I've seen them try to rust in place before. Some oxy heat and a BFH usually knock them out.
