Hello,

does anyone know the purpose of the hole on top of the outer wheel archs?
I'm talking about the little hole on the right on the wheel arch itself, just below the pryers.

Built in rust starter. I go with what KT Phil said.

Oh, THAT one. No idea, that makes no sense! I'd fill it.

I'd guess it's an alignment hole for assembly - just drop the wheel arch piece into place so it fits over a pin on the assembly fixture, spot weld it to the body, then fill the hole with seam sealer further down the line.

That would be my guess too (for jigging purposes). But, I've also found that bracket makes a great lifting point for the rear of the body. Wink (3 point lift)
