^^ I feel like if your bus is going to legitimately push $10k, the clutch cable shouldn't be mentioned in the ad.

Not much rust at all? Rust looks pretty bad on that rear deck and engine lid hinge panel to me. But maybe the rest of the bus is perfect. Everything is relative I guess.

Yep, some of the pics are different too, not like the 1st ad, I did see it has a Eberspatcher gas heater   Nice bus @ $500 or so............

Unless I read it wrong, the stickers were installed while it gained the low mileage, not later on, thereby ruining part of the attraction of a low mile original bus.

Maybe, or it was just some kook that never drove the thing and collected stickers to put on it while sitting in the garage. 
How many bullshit VW related stickers do you have right now that you could plaster on your car? I have several.
