Well, it was time to change the fuel lines again so I pulled the trigger. All I have to say is WOW! What a difference new fuel lines can make!

Current: 1990 Westy Camper - Bostig RG4, 2wd, manual trans w/Peloquin, NAHT high-top, 280 ah LFP battery, 160 watts solar, Flash Silver, seam rust, bondo, etc., etc.
Past: 1985 Westy Camper - 1.9 wbx, 2wd, manual trans, Merian Brown, (sold after 17 years to Northwesty who converted it to a Syncro). |

Good question! I like to mix up my own using a little 10w40, 20w50, 90 weight some ball bearings and some gauze pads. Toss in a tbsp. of almond butter and you're all set to go for 15,000 miles or more! _________________ 87 Syncro Westy w/ Suby 2.5

| Where do you drive to keep your engine that clean, my Subi gets as dirty as any engine I have ever seen in any rig and in the winter is covered with road gravels. I had to install a screen over the vents on top of the alternator to keep the crap from damaging the unit. |
