where can i get a front end extension.... its a 66 bug with a 69 chassis...
is there a company anywhere in the USA that makes an extension? instead of cutting and welding a new front frame or anything? |

Dbug31 has the stuff for that! I'm secretly contemplating that route with my '66, but the wife is not too thrilled with the idea.
Check out the build threads and how-to on the extender install. You'll need extra bracing though, not just the extender. That's where a welder and having the body off would help a ton, but it can be done without taking the body off, just harder is all. |
