Instructions for RS Fab 5 Speed Linkage Kit

I bought an 82 Vanagon with a Subaru 2.5 engine and 5 speed transmission this past summer. It came with an RS Fab transmission linkage kit. My intent is to replace it with a 5 Speed Bus kit but David C is having some supply issues. In the meantime I think I could improve the RS Fab install so that I could at least drive it around the driveway. I am thinking the previous owner did not install it as well as it could have been done. Does anyone still have the RS Fab installation instructions?

Vanagon 5 speed or Subaru 5 speed? The 82 had a 3 piece shift shaft that later models did away with. It might be fighting you if you have the 82 shift rods and shift box.
