Could be a wheel cyl freezing up holding shoes out and if sat even ashort time light rust on drums will stick shoe to drum requiring a few(?) smacks with a hammer to release. Also if this not the problem ,open the bleeder, old hoses do suddenly seem to totally swell shut inside making a check valve holding pressure on shoes, if it frees up when open, bad hose.

Seems like an easy thing to fix; jack up each wheel and see if it spins. If not, check the brake shoes/pads and/or tranny..

Probably the brake soft lines collapsed and the calipers are stuck closed. You didn't say what you did to fix the front wheel that was stuck?

Probably a rear brake shoe rusted to the drum from having the parking brake on. Release the brake and with a blunt end punch and hammer go in thru the inspection holes in the backing plate. Hit the steel part of the shoe only to break it loose.

Put a chain on it and drag it a little. Observe any "locked up wheels".

Sometimes the brake shoe will rust to the drum in just a couple of humid days and a shot drag will release them.
