Wheres My $$$
I purchased a 100MM COG Gas Cap from Steve Bianchi in December 2008. Paid him with my Pay Pal $240
Right after I paid him, he came back with the COG cap was damaged in a flood in his area. That he would refund my money. The replies I have received when he did reply were nothing but hot stepping around and excuses in getting my funds back from him. My funds should of never been spent on his part, but apparently it seems now more of a scam to get something he needed instead.
Steve Bianchi used Ray Montoyas Pay Pal ([email protected]) AKA Manny to accept my funds. I have sent two requests for my return with nothing in a response. The only information I have right now on Steve Bianchi is:

This is getting too old to be waiting this long for a refund. If anyone has any info on this guy or a better way of contacting him let me know if you would, as I have tried and have been unsuccessful. Need him to return my funds.

Im really sorry for that has happen..with me and Ray...and I no I shouldn't have spent the money ...but the part was damaged in a flood we had ..look it upwe had a 100farmer year flood ...but please don't put me down as a scam or untrust worthy ...if I was he wouldn't have got any thing back...
But want to be part of this samba family again... so please forgive me and Ray ...thanks |
