Carburetor identification

Can someone please identify this carburetor on my 1970 VW beetle? It isn't stock.

the number stamped on it is 32 36DFA 32A 5C made in spain

Also what kind of filter is on this? Is it cleanable or does it have to be replaced.

Trying to find the break down so it the idle can be turn down and adjusted as it is running rich..

it will help you, as progressives are tough to tune(but when tuned right are amazing in getting the most power and mpg(for a center mount))
