want to ask question about the correct voltage to the coil. I am running 6V battery of my 1966, voltage measured at the battery is 6.6V while in the coil is 4.6V.

I found it is hard to start the engine ESP during winter time. Wonder if i have the enough Voltage or Current to the coil.

thank you.

You have a voltage drop because of aging electrical system. Clean all connections of corrosion (and other types of dirt/grime) between battery -> ignition switch (plus fuse box) -> ignition coil.
Inspect the wires as well - check for cracks, aging and so on.
And of course, clean the battery terminals and clamps.

Keep going thru the connections, measuring how much voltage is getting each. You should easily get the voltage drop to less than 1/10 of a volt.
