I wonder if that kid made it to California from Boston after I gave him a couple of spare rims/tires a few years back?

Only helped one poor soul so far. But I stop for all older Volkswagens off the side of the road. People have done the same for me.

This is a great App for those who don't have it yet. I've had 3 calls so far (only two of us on the Northern half of Vancouver Island, though there's Vanagons galore).
Did some detective work and a shop recomendation for one bus while on my way back from a Vancouver Christmas Party...
