Looks like this chap on the right? What do you think? Helmut Ukena, worked for Karmann in sales. These pictures are from Karmann Post - 15 & 23.

I think it's the same person, you're right Russ 
I did some research on the web and I didn't find any information about this person (Helmut Ukena).
I think the picture below, was also taken from the day of July 14, 1955. I am right ?

that is fantastic stuff around the 14th july of 1955. since some yeras we celebrate this day directly in georgsmarienhütte.
if it is possible for you to visit germany and georgsmarienhütte please go to the backside of the KASINO. it is wonderful to see that there survive a lot of details at building and teracces.

Whilst on the way to Hessisch Oldendorf last weekend we stopped in Georgsmarienhutte for a quick photo opportunity at the Kasino.
Managed to park round the back which was pretty cool

We find again the car with license plate BN59-0336
License plate gazelle beige car BN59-0336 / BN59-0324 / BN59-0354
I haven't yet found with certainty, the number licence plate of the fourth gazelle beige car, but it may be BN59-358
I wrote several months ago to the Gute Fahrt magazine to know if in their archive it would have preserved photos of 1955 in color. He never answered me |
