Most I've seen incorporated these:

Called Dzus Fasteners along with some creative fastening points up front.

Most guys buy or make a tilting mount at the front so the entire front end flips forward to fill the tank or dash work. I remember there was an article in either HVWs or Trends back in the late 80s or early 90s about bonding a fiberglass front end to the car and having an opening trunk.

Have you laid up fiberglass in molds before?

Do you mean all the panels forwards of the doors together as one or is it just the nose panel that you want to replicate and attach?

Seriously, you have a mold to create Ghia noses?

Can you post a photo of it, I'd love to see how big it is and how it operates.
