It looks like a 25hp engine to given given the engine tin, seamed fan shroud, and generator.
Some other parts are newer like the distributor and lower pulley

Seamed shroud ended in 1952 so maybe 1952?

The engine # looks like restamp.
Can you post the engine casting dates from the side of the generator stand?
Information on reading those stamps

i'd say, it's a 25 horse, because of the old-style oil-filler area. and the seamed shroud - nice one...

The generator K130/6/2600/AL 15P is a 1948 to 1950 number -

The engine number duz look 2 B re stamped - and is a 1956 number, but is definitely a 25 horse - i'm gunna guess, it's a 1950... nice one... I told someone about it - he has my old 1950 11G

1531667 is August 1956.

1-0531667 is January 1953.

Upon closer inspection, I don't see the boss for the oil filler mounting bolt, so the case is 1951-55.

I think it's a 30ps 'dressed' as a 25ps!

Look at the circled areas where there seem to be 30ps cylinder head stud nuts.

If in doubt, drop a rocker cover off and look which type of head stud nuts are in that area. Ones recessed in tubes = 25ps, flush fitted ones = 30ps.

in this photo, it looks like the 3/4 cylinder tin is in fact 36hp style, I can see the bump for the 36 head studs/nuts.

So Oldmilitaria, have you had the opportunity to do this - " drop a rocker cover off and look which type of head stud nuts are in that area. Ones recessed in tubes = 25ps, flush fitted ones = 30ps." - thanks...

Number pad is definitely post late 1953. Font is also correct for 1956.
