I did a search, sorry if it is a dupe. Tamiya released a 1/10 scale RC Karmann Ghia!

I totally need one of those. I just need to put the body on my Tamiya Subaru Brat chassis & I’ll have a 1/10 scale Ghiapet. _________________ Everybody born before 1975 has a story, good, bad, or indifferent, about a VW.

We just finished up ours last night.
Literally waiting for the paint to dry on the body. Will see if I can get a picture up today.

I'm interested in one of these as well, what type of controller do you need to operate it, any recommendations?
Thanks,

Check Tower Hobbies, They generally have great prices & will have suggestions for the controller, battery packs, & charger. _________________ Everybody born before 1975 has a story, good, bad, or indifferent, about a VW.

TDCTDI, you should totally buy a short course truck like a traxxas or something and then find a ghia body and put it on the truck to replicate your ghia! That would be awsome to have a mini ghia like yours capable of keeping up with you on the freeway _________________ -'85 c10 5.3 LS, cam, heads, long tubes, x pipe, 3 inch spin tech's
