M code plate not adding up

Hi can someone decode this M code plate for me? I’m interested in this bus but I want to make sure it’s what it’s supposed to be any help would be appreciated thank you.

It has a 130 number on it does that mean it’s a 13 window?
On the mcode plate it says 130 but when I decided the m code plate it doesn’t show the 130 code the person who’s selling the bus tells me it’s an original 21 window bus……

If the m code plate has 130 on it its definitely a 13 window.

It looks like someone put a "0" in the decoder site database instead of 130?

Possible typo, possible shadiness if they wanted to say it was a 21-Window

The top row with the production date is wrong too

Judging by the colour I think I know the bus. Yes its advertised as an og 21w. Perhaps the owner doesnt know as i believe he bought it in current condition.

I talked with the owner and told him that the bus isn’t an original 21 window but a 13 window deluxe and he was very suprised which I believe was genuine ,he told me that he purchased the bus roughly 7 years ago from the previous owner and even got an appraiser to confirm that it was an original 21 window bus.Of course after that amount of time he has no recourse to go after the seller or appraiser.I then made him a fair offer for the bus and he called me back and accepted it,I will post some photos when I get it next week,it’s just to bad there are so many people out there with no scruples these days.

Yes it does have belly pans the only way I could tell it is a clone was from the m-code plate and of course the Samba,good thing both were there it could have been an expensive mistake.
