My 54 left front frame is in bad condition and I am trying to workout some details. The frame notch for steering box and support above it are mostly gone.

I have searched for photos but haven't found any that show this area very well.

Made a drawing of the area but unsure of the details and dimensions. Hoping someone can can help me out with some measurements or photos.

Thanks

I just had to repair this area, though I was able to reuse the cup as I just had to replace the flat side where it rusted against the frame. Not sure if these pics are helpful? I do have an NOS frame and will try to dig it out and get some pics.

Thanks! These are great. Would love to see some NOS photos. Also of the top if you can. The clutch hole looks different than mine.

That inner part will be fun to make. Smile Didn't realize it was cupped like that.

I was gifted a frame section Smile

The section above steering box is quite nice so will be used. I will update the drawing in a few days.
