| Good communication and quick shippment. The doghouse thermostat flaps, with thermostat arrived in good condition, with all parts, just as pictured. |

Jeff really came through for me as well.
He is an excellent seller and his communication is top notch.
My parts arrived double boxed, right on time, and they're even nicer then I expected !

I bought some valve covers from Jeff and not only were they well packaged but he communicated really well, they were timely, and were better than expected.
